• The UPS has internally installed batteries. Even in the event of a power failure, an electric shock is therefore possible. There are no user components inside the UPS for maintenance! Therefore, do not remove the cover, risk of electric shock! Servicing should only be carried out by trained specialists. • The battery is not galvanically isolated from the mains. A voltage can be measured between the battery terminals and earth. Therefore, check first before carrying out work. Risk of electric shock! • Replacement fuses must have the same values as the original fuses. • The UPS systems may only be installed in dry rooms. The ambient temperature should not exceed 20-22 degrees. This would shorten the battery life. • The UPS batteries must not be burned. Risk of explosion! • The UPS has dangerous voltages even in the event of a power failure or if the input cable is not connected, if the display or the LEDs are still working. • The UPS batteries must not be opened. Skin burns from electrolyte can occur. The batteries can cause an electric shock and a high short-circuit current. • To minimize the risk of electric shock to computer equipment, etc., the UPS must be switched off before the interface cable is connected. • If the system is not required for a long period of time, it must be disconnected from the mains and switched off. Before disconnecting the system (change of installation location, service, etc.), please ensure that everything is switched off.
