Your tasks:
- You are the interface to the customer, you advise and support the customer in the installation, set-up and commissioning of our systems. - You will carry out preventive measures and handle service cases at our company and at the customer's premises in Germany and Austria.
- You will provide technical support to the sales department in the development of target-orientated technical solutions.
- You work independently in planning and execution
Your profile:
- You have completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in the installation and support of electronic systems
- You have an independent and precise way of working that is characterised by commitment and interest
- You are willing to travel occasionally at home and abroad (Austria, Benelux)
- Communication skills, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team and flexibility are required.
