ERREPI OP GRT6-R

Powerful and reliable uninterruptible power supply with 6000 watts of power for secure installation in 19-inch cabinets.

Product description

This uninterruptible power supply in online technology ensures maximum protection for sensitive IT systems. With a capacity of 6000 VA and 6000 W, the unit delivers top performance in a compact 19-inch format. The input voltage range is very flexible at 120 to 276 volts and adapts optimally depending on the load. The system features an automatic bypass and an energy-saving ECO mode for efficient operation. Inside, a maintenance-free lead-acid battery ensures long-lasting and reliable backup runtimes. For communication and monitoring, an RS232 interface and a USB port are available, with the matching data cable and management and shutdown software already included in the scope of delivery. The housing takes up 5 rack units and measures 438 millimeters in width and 559 millimeters in depth, plus 100 millimeters of rear clearance for all connections. Total weight is 60 kilograms. For special requirements, the system can be professionally expanded with an AS400 interface OP GRT, an external service bypass BY63 f 1/1 or an SNMP adapter SNMP GRT.

Notes

Safety information

Please always observe the basic safety regulations when installing and using the UPS system. Because life-threatening voltage levels are present inside the system, the IP20 enclosure may only be opened by qualified service personnel. Make sure the system is properly grounded and operated in a compatible TN, IT or TT power system. Be sure to compare the rating plate information with your mains supply and the total power consumption of the connected devices in advance. To avoid fire hazards, the device may only be connected to a circuit protected by an easily accessible circuit breaker (rated at 20A, C tripping characteristic). For hardwired systems, an external disconnect switch is required, while for plug-in devices the socket must be in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible. Always follow all connection and operating instructions in the manual in the exact order specified. Choose the installation location of the UPS carefully. The system must never be installed near liquids, in excessively humid environments or in direct sunlight, or near heat sources. Make sure that no foreign objects enter the interior and that the ventilation grilles are never blocked to ensure adequate cooling. If interim storage is necessary, it must take place in a dry location. Permissible storage temperatures are between -25 °C and +55 °C without batteries and between 0 °C and +40 °C with batteries, with temperatures below 25 °C recommended for optimal battery life. Special caution is required when handling the installed batteries, as they contain small amounts of toxic substances and pose a risk of electric shock as well as high short-circuit currents. Maintenance may only be performed or supervised by personnel familiar with the necessary precautions. When replacing batteries, exactly the same battery type and the same number of batteries must be used, as incorrect models create a risk of explosion. Batteries must under no circumstances be disposed of in fire, opened or mechanically destroyed. The electrolyte released in this process is toxic and can cause severe chemical burns to skin and eyes. Always dispose of used batteries properly and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Disposal information

This product and the batteries contained in it are subject to strict European and national environmental regulations and must never be disposed of with normal household waste at the end of their service life. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the device indicates that the UPS system must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste. Please take the end-of-life device to an official municipal collection point, such as a recycling center, or return it to an electronics retailer or the manufacturer for proper recycling. Remember to reset network-capable management cards to factory settings in advance to delete any stored network configurations. Special attention is required for the lead-acid batteries installed in the UPS, as they contain toxic heavy metals and corrosive acids that can cause serious environmental damage if disposed of improperly. Remove the batteries from the system before disposal whenever possible and take them to separate battery collection. Used industrial batteries can be returned free of charge to the manufacturer, the distributor or special take-back systems. To avoid short circuits and the associated fire or explosion hazards, cover the exposed battery terminals with insulating tape before transport. Packaging materials should also be recycled properly for the sake of the environment: dispose of cardboard and paper with waste paper, while films, Styrofoam and plastic straps belong in the appropriate recyclable materials collection, such as the Yellow Bag or Yellow Bin.
