UPS solutions for businesses that perform when it matters.

ERREPI plans, delivers and supports uninterruptible power supplies for I.T, networks, buildings, industry, retail, practices, laboratories and technical infrastructure - with tailored design, batteries, accessories and after-sales service.

problem

A power outage is rarely just a power outage.

When the power goes out, it's often not just a matter of a few minutes without power. A properly designed UPS saves time: for controlled shutdowns, continued operation of critical systems, clean messages, fewer malfunctions and predictable maintenance.

IT

Data loss and reboots

Servers, storage and systems can stop randomly or become damaged.

network

Communication fails

Routers, firewalls, switches and telephony are no longer reliably available.

production

Processes stop disorderly

Controls, measurement and testing technology lose defined states.

Trade

Checkout and payment are available

Cash registers, card payments and merchandise management can block customer operations.

Building

Technology becomes unreliable

Access, video, communication or control fail at the wrong moment.

Laboratory/practice

Measurements are interrupted

Devices, practice IT or technical facilities do not continue to operate as defined.

Why ERREPI?

We don't sell boxes. We take responsibility.

A UPS shouldn't just be ordered, delivered and forgotten. It should work at the crucial moment. That's why ERREPI doesn't view power supply as a pure product sale, but as a technical task.

We check consumers, runtime, environment, battery, accessories, monitoring, maintenance and expandability - so that the solution fits your business.

  • Personal interpretationWe ask before we recommend.
  • Own workshop & WarehouseSupport with batteries, accessories, testing, spare parts and service cases.
  • Experience since 1991Many years of experience with UPS systems, batteries and technical infrastructure.
  • After-sales serviceContact person for maintenance, battery replacement, expansion and malfunctions.

Decision support

The right UPS is not only selected based on kVA.

Two UPS systems with similar performance can fit completely differently in practice. What is crucial is which consumers are connected, how long the bridge should be, where the system is located and how it will be maintained later.

We check for youWhy it matters
Consumers and load profileServers, power supplies, motors, controllers and measuring devices behave differently.
Power in Watt and VAThe UPS must match the real load and reasonable reserves.
Desired bridging timeContinued operation, generator start or controlled shutdown lead to different battery concepts.
Installation locationRack, technical room, office or control cabinet influence design, heat and maintenance access.
Battery, monitoring and accessoriesSNMP, signaling contacts, bypass, runtime and spare parts availability are part of the solution.

Sequence

From the inquiry to safe operation

You don't have to know all the technical data yet. For the first step, the consumer, location and desired bridging time are often enough.

  1. 01

    Send requests

You tell us what you want to insure.

  2. 02

    Check load and runtime

We look at performance, consumers, reserves and the desired bridging time.

  3. 03

    Recommend solution

You will receive a suitable recommendation for UPS, battery, accessories, monitoring and service.

  4. 04

    Delivery and integration

We support procurement, delivery and, depending on the project, integration or commissioning.

  5. 05

    Service and support

We remain your contact for battery replacement, maintenance, spare parts and expansion.

Life cycle

UPS service, battery replacement and after-sales support

A UPS is only valuable if it is operational in an emergency. Batteries age, loads change, systems expand and service windows need to be planned.

Test

Check existing UPS

Application examples

Typical requests that we solve for customers

  1. 01

    Secure the server room

Bypass servers, storage, switches and firewall for a few minutes and shut down in a controlled manner in the event of a longer outage.

    Request server room UPS

  2. 02

    Battery replacement for existing installation

An existing UPS reports battery errors. Model, age and battery type must be checked.

    Have the battery checked

  3. 03

Protect cash register systems in branches

Cash registers, card terminals, routers and merchandise management should be able to survive short network disruptions.

    Discuss branch solution

  4. 04

Secure the control system in the machine

PLC, HMI or industrial PC should continue to run or shut down in the event of a power failure.

    Check industrial application

  5. 05

    Supply elevator or building technology

Certain functions should remain available in a defined manner in the event of a power failure.

    Inquire about building technology

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about UPS design

What data do you need for a UPS design?

Consumers, performance, desired bridging time, installation location and existing infrastructure are helpful. If not everything is known yet, we will support the investigation.

What is more important: Watt or VA?

Both are important. The selection depends on which real load should be supplied and which reserves make sense.

How long should a UPS last?

That depends on the goal. A few minutes are often enough for a controlled shutdown. Other applications require longer runtimes.

When should UPS batteries be replaced?

Batteries age depending on temperature, load and operating conditions. An audit helps to identify default risks in good time.

Can I buy directly in the shop?

Yes. Anyone who knows the model, performance or accessories can buy directly. If you are unsure, the selection should be checked beforehand.

Next step

Have your UPS designed to suit your needs or have your existing installation checked.

Whether it's a new UPS, battery replacement, replacement device, service or shop order: send us the most important key data. We examine your requirements and recommend the next sensible step.

  • Which devices should be secured?
  • What performance is known?
  • How long should it last?
  • Where is the facility located?
  • Is there already an existing UPS?
  • Is monitoring, maintenance or accessories required?
