Shipping and delivery
We choose the right shipping solution for every order: from parcel shipping for smaller items and accessories to delivery with a freight forwarder or individually tailored project delivery for larger UPS systems, battery modules or heavy electrical devices.
Our goal is to transparently show you the shipping costs as early as possible. If the shipping costs can be calculated reliably, you will see them directly in the shopping cart or in the ordering process before placing your order.
For certain items or delivery constellations, automatic calculation is not always useful or possible. This applies, for example, to particularly heavy, bulky or palletized goods, batteries, dangerous goods regulations, island or foreign deliveries, special unloading situations or deliveries requiring additional service.
In such cases, we check the shipping method and shipping costs individually. You will then receive clear information or an adjusted offer before the contract is concluded.
Our delivery methods
Depending on the item, delivery address and service requirements, we deliver via parcel service, a freight forwarder or an individually tailored delivery.
Parcel shipping
We usually send items that can be packaged, smaller UPS systems and accessories via parcel service. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight and number of packages.
Freight forwarding
We deliver larger, heavy or palletized items, especially larger UPS systems, battery modules and large electrical appliances, by freight forwarding. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, standard forwarding delivery takes place to the curb of the specified delivery address. Unloading with lift is only included if confirmed.
If you require additional services, such as assembly, installation, commissioning or packaging disposal, please contact us. Where available, we offer these services individually.
Individually coordinated deliveries
For more complex deliveries, project deliveries or special requirements, we coordinate the shipping method, process and possible additional services individually with you. An individual test may be particularly necessary for:
- very heavy or large-volume items,
- several packages or pallets,
- Deliveries to islands, special areas or abroad,
- delivery locations that are difficult to access,
- lack of unloading options,
- special deadline, express or notification requirements,
- Battery, dangerous goods or packaging specifications,
- Project deliveries with installation, commissioning or other additional services.
In these cases, additional shipping, freight or service costs may apply. We will inform you of these costs before signing the contract so that you have a reliable basis for your decision in advance.
Conclusion of contract and shipping inspection
Your order represents a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The automatic confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of this offer.
We check your order, in particular availability, delivery address, shipping method and shipping costs. The contract is only concluded with our express order confirmation.
If delivery under the conditions shown in the ordering process is not possible, we will inform you and, if necessary, make you an adjusted offer. You then decide whether you want to accept this offer.
